Responsibilities: - Actively seek out sales opportunities in the food sector and develop new business leads. - Attend exhibitions and events to network and generate sales leads. - Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients in the food industry. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. - Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions. - Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management team. - Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns. Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food sector. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Self-motivated and results-driven. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. - Willingness to travel as required.
